Foreword

Marijs Boulogne with  Steelwool Mesentherium
Marijs Boulogne (1978) is a theatre maker, playwright and performance artist. She graduated as a theatre director in 2002 at the RITS School of Arts (Brussels) and studied an additional year in open workshop, new media, installation, and interdisciplinary work. She began directing her own plays in 1999 and received several prizes for her productions. Her plays have been translated into seven languages and have been performed in many countries under her own direction. She wrote and directed Voulez-vous poeper avec moi, Hezschmerz, Picknick!ExcavationsThe Anatomy LessonMarzipan or Plexi and co-wrote Love Zero ControlGood Habits and Endless Medication with Manah Depauw.
Recurring themes in her work are sexuality, comedy and female strategies of liberation throughout the ages. She loves traditional female crafts like embroidery or crochet, which she often uses in her installations and performances. She performs as singer, accordionist, storyteller and presenter.
Since 2011 she is presenting, coordinating and organising Lucha Libre wrestling events of the 'Spelers van de Ring' and Brussels Young Wrestling Style Catch Clubs. In 2014 she wrote and directed the scenes of Waanvlucht (FleeTheFrenzy!) for Ruud Gielens and Kaaitheater with the Brussels Brecht Eisler Choir and compositions by Frederic Rzewski. There she met the conductor and singer Lucy Grauman of
Ik Zeg Adieu (IZA), a professional Brussels vocal ensemble. In 2015 she joined the chorus as a singer, and in 2016 she directed IZA's musical comedy Midzomerdagdroom (Midsummer Daydream).

Womb In Pace
The Womb IN PACE (Everyday from 6:00 pm)
The Womb is a Place-in-Space to experience Nothingness. We employ calculated noise frequency compositions (Sacral Noise), binaural tunes, asynchronous colour light gadget Lights-of-Life, hand held stroboscopes (1-15 Hz), specially designed perfume, and a biologically shaped space capsule to induce detachment from Old Reality.
The Womb is an immersive and interactive container where some magical experiences occur, which happen in the presence of an alien-artist inside (Reinout Rinus De Vos) who guides the human subjects into the New World.

Vladimir Kaigorodov, De-Paintings (Art-Fermentation) (Everyday from 6:00 pm)
On the entrance. Vladimir devotes special energy to rescuing and recuperating discarded art works and takes steps to rectify the paintings potential for dignity by scRATching away and removing potentionally damaging aspects or simply banal ones. The paintings are then reborn into the inspiring realm that Simone Weil donoted as that of the ''decreased''

Willem Hoet
William Hoet lives in Bottelare and paints a very long time and steadily on a body of work that commands respect in all its integrity and consistency. This summer he exhibited in the St. Boniface Church in Munte work with a very special series: a painted record of his months-long hike to Compostela. Hundred small panels as deep, intriguing evidence of this so far-from-everyday business. But closer to home William seeks Slow in all respects Roads on. His artistic soul is undeniable foot and thereby knows no municipal boundaries. His work, as penetrating as exuberant, is an exciting visual ode to all the scenic beauty that is unfortunately sometimes threatened so. Hence we suggest him here like just a number he posted images.

René Van Densen
Poet. Writer. Blogger. Weirdo.

The Flying Ostriches
Gathering of word (poetry) and music (soundscapes). A  mesmerizing thinking with electronic sound manipulation.

Karolien Nuyttens
Manifesto of a creative costumier
In the realization of theatrical costumes, ancillary expenses and textile artifacts are my insight and skill the trestles of my creativity. With pleasure I will discuss challenges that feed my curiosity.

Ohm-ama (Katrien) The Vortex

The Vortex is a work that is designed to work in a tandem with ‘The Interactive Womb’-‘Womb in Pace’ project.
Though it offers a quite different experience made of seven sheer layers in space, the works suggest a passage between different dimensions. Interacting with the works is a video projection, unit, which is drawn from autobiographical images of both Ohm-Ama and her surroundings to make this extra-ordinary-contemplation complete.
